The Ledges By The Bay is a 41 unit motel located on approximately 9 oceanfront acres overlooking scenic Penobscot Bay near Camden Maine. We offer oceanview accommodations in the Camden Maine lodging area at a great value. The Ledges offers four types of guestrooms: Deluxe Oceanview, Superior Oceanview, Standard Oceanview and Economy class accommodations. Additionally, the Ledges also offers a 2-bedroom waterview cottage for weekly rentals as well.

Deluxe Oceanview

Deluxe Waterview guestrooms overlook the bay with panoramic ocean and island views and range in size from 350 to 370 square feet. All Deluxe Waterview rooms feature beautiful, comtemporary styling with a single king bed. Each
guestroom features individual heat and air conditioning and many thoughtful amenities for your pleasure. Amenities include flat panel TV with cable programming, in-room computer, high-speed cable internet access, WI-FI, telephone with free local call access, in-room refrigerator, microwave, radio alarm clock, dvd player, iron, hair dryer and a pair of viewing binoculars. Included in each room is a large bathroom with a shower/tub combination. These rooms also have a second vanity sink in the room. Our Deluxe Waterview rooms offer sliding glass doors with private balconies overlooking the bay.

Superior Oceanview

Superior Waterview guestrooms feature a king size bed or two queen beds and are 350 to 370 square feet. These rooms have water views of surrounding Penobscot Bay. Included in each room is a shower/tub combination. Coveside Cottage

Our charming Coveside Cottage is conveniently located at the edge of the motel’s pool lawn with scenic views of Penobscot Bay. This 1000 sq. ft. cottage sits atop a rock ledge quite literally and has a private deck that is the perfect place to
watch the activity in the cove and to view the colorful sunsets over the ocean at dusk. It can accommodate up to four people, with a queen bedded master bedroom and private bath and a guest room with two twin beds. The Coveside Cottage offers a spacious open living room, full kitchen, wireless internet, electric fireplace and a large deck. Relax while enjoying the naturally cooling ocean breezes of Penobscot Bay.
